Case Studies

Mario’s Pizza

Collaborative efforts make a quick and comprehensive auction sale

We were hired to sell a .35 acre lot only without selling the business with a reserve price of $2.5 million. Through the auction process, Fernando Palacios did a professional job of implementing the auction marketing program, executing the auction day event and stuck to it through the closing. Throughout the process it was a collaborative and interactive effort between our team as the Seller, the auction team lead by Fernando Palacios.  There was no doubt that early on we saw selling this property and the business as “challenging” but his marketing efforts generated multiple bidders and the accomplished a fair and acceptable selling price. This property closed in 9 days. The owner of Mario’s would later sell the business for $1.2 million.
