Cole Field House Project

Reconstructing University of Maryland’s beloved Cole Field House

After 2 years of asking the question, “What is going to happen to the inside of Cole?” I won an RFP through Gilbane Construction and successfully sold all the seats and memorabilia for the University of Maryland. The sale is now sold out 9,000 seats and numerous counts of memorabilia. The University sold a windfall of $300,000.

Fernando’s efforts through this Seat Sale process have been very much appreciated and have resulted in a financial return that the University would not have realized without his assistance. Thank you!
